Thai Massage - is a traditional modality done on the floor on a matt. It's focus is to create more flexiblity and mobility in the body through yogic like stretching and applying pressure on the Zen lines. These Zen lines are similar to Acupessure points and help release blockages and tension in the body. A lot of work is done with the feet and to the feet as well.
