Above- Upper back timeline video. This helps people who may have developed a humpback or are experiencing acute tightness in the upper back. With time, this exercise helps release tension that aids the body to create better alignment. 
Above- Shoulder Timeline Video  This will teach you how to improve the range of motion in your shoulders. 90% of our body challenges are muscle related and a stiff or frozen shoulder can be improved with time. 
Above- Shins Timeline Video  This focuses on releasing tension on your shin muscle. This is very helpful for people who are on their feet a lot and/or runners. 
Above- Neck Timeline Video  This video uses a very simple stretch using the foam roller to help release the tension in your neck –specifically on the occipital ridge attachments.
